1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the abv8 website at abv8.io or any associated mobile application or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the abv8 platform.

Your continued use of the abv8 platform following the posting of changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. abv8 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of material changes via the email address associated with their account, but the absence of such notification does not invalidate any updated Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The abv8 platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account on abv8, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. abv8 reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement cannot be confirmed. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited, and deposited funds may be returned at the Company's sole discretion after verification.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on abv8. Opening duplicate accounts, multiple accounts in the same household, or accounts under false or fictitious names is strictly prohibited. abv8 uses industry-standard identity verification methods to detect and prevent multi-accounting. Any accounts identified as duplicates may be suspended and balances may be voided without prior notice.

2.3 Registration Information

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact details. You further agree to update this information promptly if it changes. abv8 is not liable for any loss or harm resulting from your failure to provide accurate registration information or to keep such information current.

2.4 Account Verification (KYC)

abv8 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All players may be required to provide supporting identity documentation, including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence, and proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months. Players in Bangladesh may also be required to verify their registered mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) by confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC verification to abv8's satisfaction may result in the restriction of deposit, withdrawal, or gaming privileges.

2.5 Geographic Restrictions

abv8 is designed and operated for the Bangladesh market. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the abv8 platform complies with the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located. abv8 makes no representations that the services offered are appropriate or lawful in any jurisdiction other than Bangladesh.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your abv8 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your account. abv8 will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

You agree to notify abv8 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of security. abv8 reserves the right to suspend any account pending investigation where suspicious activity is detected. During any such suspension, access to funds may be temporarily restricted while the investigation is ongoing.

You must not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any other software to access or interact with the abv8 platform in a manner not intended for standard player use. Any such activity constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

abv8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time. abv8 will endeavour to communicate any material changes to accepted payment methods to registered players in advance.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount on abv8 is ৳200. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are determined by your account verification status and the payment method selected. Players who have completed full KYC verification are eligible for higher transaction limits. Specific limits are displayed within the cashier section of the abv8 platform at the time of each transaction.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to the abv8 account balance instantly in the majority of cases, subject to the availability and processing times of the respective payment provider. abv8 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile network congestion, or bank processing windows outside of abv8's control.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by abv8 during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. The majority of withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are completed within one business hour of approval. Bank transfers to Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule. abv8 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal request.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions

Players must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals will only be made to payment methods registered in the same name as the abv8 account holder. abv8 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Any active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements must be satisfied before the associated deposit or bonus amount becomes eligible for withdrawal, as set out in Section 5 of these Terms.

4.6 Currency

All transactions on abv8 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). abv8 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required prior to depositing is the sole responsibility of the player and will be subject to the conversion rates and fees of the player's bank or payment provider.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

5.3 Bonus Abuse

abv8 reserves the right to refuse, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other strategy designed to circumvent the spirit of a promotion. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: claiming the same offer multiple times using duplicate accounts, using bonuses in conjunction with low-risk hedging strategies, or participating in promotions using a payment method different from the one registered on the account.

5.4 Promotional Changes

abv8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed an active bonus at the time of any modification will have their bonus governed by the terms in place at the time of claiming, unless such modification is required by law or regulatory direction.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Sportsbook Rules

In the event of a dispute between a player and abv8 regarding the settlement of a bet, the decision of abv8's trading team shall be final, subject to the formal disputes process outlined below. abv8 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time of placement.

6.2 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets on cricket, football, and other sports are offered where technically feasible. abv8 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, particularly in the event of a significant incident, data feed failure, or any other circumstance that compromises the integrity of live pricing. Bets accepted during a market suspension in error will be voided and stakes returned.

6.3 Casino and Slots

Casino games and slot titles on abv8 are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates on a certified random number generator (RNG) and the rules governing each game are accessible within the game interface. 6.4 Errors and Malfunctions

6.5 Dispute Resolution

Disputes raised after this period will not be investigated. abv8 will acknowledge all formal disputes within 5 business days and endeavour to resolve them within 20 business days. 7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the abv8 platform. Any player found to have engaged in any of the following may have their account immediately suspended or permanently closed, and any balance held may be voided:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or misrepresenting your age or location.
• Money Laundering: Using the abv8 platform for the purposes of laundering proceeds of criminal activity. abv8 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including match-fixing arrangements.

Scraping, data mining, or using automated tools to extract data from abv8.io is strictly prohibited.

Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance in the account (net of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following identity verification. Accounts subject to an active investigation will not be closed until the investigation is concluded.
